Installation on VMWare Fusion
Provision the VM
Provision an appropriate VM in VMWare Fusion:
If the VM refuses to start with "Cannot find a valid peer process to connect to", allow the vendor in "Security in Privacy". For more details see:
Download Window ISO File
Install
Settings -> CD/DVD (SATA)
Select Connect CD/DVD Drive
This CD/DVD is configured to use the following: -> Choose a disk o r disc image.
Select the Windows 10 image.
Collecting Information -> Installing Windows -> ...
Post-Install
Install VMware Tools in a Windows Virtual Machine
Set Up Access to Virtualization Host Storage
Install Updates
Rename the Instance
Apply Windows 10 Change the Machine Name, change to <hostname>WIN10[-<counter>]. Example SWMBP1WIN10.
