ISO 8601 Date Format
gdate -I[FMT]
gdate --iso-8601[=FMT]
Without format,
gdate --iso-8601
displays the date only:

Format can be "date", "hours", "minutes", "seconds", "ns":
gdate --iso-8601=seconds
