- Create a dedicated IAM role. The use case should be "EKS - Cluster".
- Create a VPC and record VpcId, SecurityGroups, SubnetId
- Create the cluster. From the Console → EKS → Create Cluster:

- Subnets (all existing are preselected)
- Security groups: use Control Plane Security Group.
