Internal
Project
A project consists of a set of users, a set of APIs and billing, authentication and monitoring setting for those API. A project has access to data in Cloud Storage.

Project Operations
Resource
A resource is an entity within Google Cloud. For example, a project, a Google Storage bucket, are resources. Access to resources is managed by Google Cloud Identity and Access Management (IAM).
Resource Name
Each resource has a unique name that identifies it.
Labels
Location
Location is relevant to a project or other resources, such as a Google Cloud Storage bucket.
Location Types
Region
A specific geographic place, such as São Paulo.
Dual-Region
A pair of regions, such as Tokyo and Osaka. Resources that are deployed in a dual region are geo-redundant.
Multi-Region
A large geographic area, such as the United States, that contains two or more geographic places. Resources that are deployed in a multi region are geo-redundant.
