Installation

If EPEL is not configured, that will have to be installed first:

For RHEL6: 

rpm -Uvh http://download.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/6/i386/epel-release-6-8.noarch.rpm

For RHEL7: 

rpm -Uvh http://download.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/7/x86_64/e/epel-release-7-7.noarch.rpm

And then: 

yum install iftop
