Variable Substitution in Resource Files

Set "filtering" to true as follows, and all variables will be substituted on copy:

<project>
  ...
  <build>
    ...
    <resources>
      <resource>
        <directory>src/main/resources</directory>
        <filtering>true</filtering>
      </resource>
      ...
    </resources>
    ...
  </build>
  ...
</project>
