 IdentitiesOnly yes

 ForwardAgent yes
 ProxyCommand ssh -o ExitOnForwardFailure=yes -W %h:%p -i ~/.ssh/example-pk.pem %r@1.2.3.4

Then, in ~/.ssh/config:

include dev/*

You can connect with:

ssh example
