Creating a dict:

{{- $ExampleDict := dict -}}

{{- $ExampleDict := dict "key1" "value1" "key2" $OtherVar -}}

Adding a key/value pair:

{{- $_0 := set $ExampleDict "key2" "value3" -}}
{{- $_1 := set $ExampleDict "SomeList" (list "a" "b" "c") -}}
