INDEX

The INDEX function returns a value or a reference to a value from a table or range.

INDEX(array, row_num, [column_num])

where:

  • array is a range of cells or an array constant.
  • row_num selects the row in array from which to reenter the value.


ROW

Returns the town number of a reference. The reference is a cell or a range.

ISBLANK

Returns true if the cell is blank:

IF(ISBLANK(D2), "N/A", ...)
