Change OS -> Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7

Refine your results: BIOS

Usually there's just one release, named similarly to BIOS_50YV7_LN_2.4.2.BIN


Also download the corresponding signature .sign file, otherwise the installer will complain and fail.
