Conclusion after the conversation with support: to set up children's Screen Time, use Family Sharing from one of my devices, not from the child device, even if you try to "Set it for my Child" option. If the children is over 13, and you set it up on his/her device, they'll will be able to turn it off without a password.


To access Family Sharing: Settings → Myself → Family Sharing → make sure the family member is there, then Sreen Time → Family Member

Picture and Movie Management

Image Capture

Manage the pictures and movies manually:

  • iTunes → Devices → the phone in question → Settings → Photos → Turn off "Sync Photos"

Quit iTunes

  • Applications → Image Capture → Connecting this iPhone opens Image Capture → Delete after import.

Import All.

Delete

Photos → Albums → Recently Deleted → Select → Delete All

Calls from Unknown Caller Go Straight to Voicemail

Settings → Phone → Silence Unknown Callers.
