iTerm2 Mouse Pointer Disappears on High Resolution

iTerm2 mouse pointer disappears on some monitors when using high resolution. Solution:

System Preferences -> Accessibility -> Display -> Increase the cursor size a bit.

Change the Behavior of Function Keys

Change File Extension/Application Association

This procedure changes the default application a file opens on Mac:

  • Select a file with the format in question
  • Right click -> Get Info -> Open With (note that "Open With" does not show up for symbolic links) -> Select the app -> Change All
