Link to a Heading in the Same Page
Link -> Advanced -> Enter the heading in the following format "#MyHeading" - eliminate spaces. Do NOT camel-case, "This is Something" should be referred to as #ThisisSomething.
Link to a Heading in a Different Page
Link -> Advanced -> Enter the heading in the following format "Page Name with Spaces#MyHeading" - Do NOT eliminate spaces in the page name, but DO eliminate spaces in heading name only and do NOT camel-case.
Link to an Anchor
Link -> Advanced -> "Page Name#anchor name" (preserve spaces)
Panel Macro
+ (Insert More Content) -> Other Macros -> Search for "Panel" -> Panel -> Insert
