Problems

  • WARNING! On Vista, turn User Account Control (UAC) off before starting the installation, otherwise you'll make it prone to hanging.__
  • On Vista, I've seen the home directory (and sub-directories) created with no permissions, so:
cd /home
chmod u+rwx ovidiu
