Overview
yum install haproxy
This will install the default configuration file as /etc/haproxy/haproxy.cfg, the systemd unit file as /usr/lib/systemd/system/haproxy.service and the systemd configuration file /etc/sysconfig/haproxy.
To configure it to start at boot:
systemctl enable haproxy
