Overview
A polynomial is a mathematical expressions that consists of variables (also called indeterminates) and coefficients, which involves only operations of additions, subtraction, multiplication and non-negative integer exponents of variables.
Polynomials are used to form polynomial equations, to define polynomial functions, to approximate other functions, etc.
