Module-Aware or GOPATH Mode
Module-aware mode is turned on by default.
To turn it off: Preferences → Go → Go Modules → Turn off "Enable Go modules integration".
Then set the correct GOPATH in Preferences → Go → GOPATH → Project GOPATH.
